Were kicking this episode of Snacky Tunes off with a bong (thats not a typo)! Greg Bresnitz is joined in the studio by Phillip Gilmour of Momo Sushi Shack. Phil funnels a beer and talks about his work at New York City restaurants like Diner and Robertas. Oddly enough, Phil didnt have much chef experience before starting Momo, but his restaurant has flourished and is celebrating its two-year anniversary! Hear about how the restaurants menu ranges from vegan omakase to a Japanese take on haggis. Also in the studio are Breedlove and Dres (Evitan and former Black Sheep).
